Class Descriptions

Hardcore Aerobics.

Delivering a combination of aerobic work & all areas of body tone. This workout is for those serious about meeting their goals. A top class workout to get top class results.

Body Pump

The fastest way to get into shape in the Universe, If you don't believe us, just try it out and see. Both aerobic & great body toning effects to those essential areas. The body pump brand is recognised worldwide.

Pilates

Pilates will improve posture, achieving balance between strength & flexibility. A great way to relieve stress, using slow controlled movements & exercise.

Aero - Step

A mixed class containing step, aerobics & body toning - A sure mix to keep your body & mind in trim.

Cardio-Blast

Cardio workout incorporating hi & low impact choreography at various levels including some toning for the essential workout.

Class Procedures

Please pay at the Reception downstairs, collecting a class pass to give to the instructor before the class starts.

Classes may be unable to take place when there are less than 5 people booked in.

Therefore it is essential that you book for all classes.

When making a booking please check in person that a class has been booked for the correct day & time, before you leave the centre. You can book one week in advance

At Sandal we realise that it can be difficult and time consuming to get the motivation you need to get the results you want. Which is why we help you as much as possible in creating specialised programmes and personal training sessions. These are free of charge and aim to teach members how to use the equipment to get the most out of it; and to set achievable targets and goals. The programmes are regularly updated and can really make a difference to the time you spend in the gym. If ever you fancy a new challenge or a change of pace, we can help you achieve that.
