Ahead of the new season, in what form that may take, the 2nd XV have received some fantastic promotion news following a league topping season that was unfortunately cut short.

The squad has worked hard at rebuilding their numbers and quality over the last few years and have finally earned their well deserved promotion back into the Yorkshire Merit Leagues Premiership for next season.

This further closes the gap between 1st and 2nd team rugby and will increase intensity in training and competition for places in both sides.
