Hello and welcome to Sandal U10's for the 2023/24 season

Training starts on the 3rd September at Sandal 10am start and we train every Thursday at Kettlethorpe High School 6.30pm-7.15pm. Matches are played on Sunday mornings.

This year will see the players rucking and mauling for the ball and the introduction of uncontested scrums.

All coaches are DBS checked, first aid qualified and have the relevant RFU qualifications.
