Kettlethorpe High School have installed a state of the art floodlit 3G pitch facility and last night saw the pitch used for training with Sandal Junior Colts.

Through a lot of hard work Sandal Mini and Juniors has negotiated the use of the facilities for the club at certain times during the week and after training on it last night, the feedback from the lads was fantastic; gone are the days of passing and catching in the dark.
This pitch will go a long way to the development of the lads skills, handling, speed and agility.

Thanks must go to Kettlethorpe High School for the partnership with Sandal RUFC and allowing the use of the pitch, which hopefully in the future will forge strong community links between the club and school.
