How many years have you been at Sandal, and have you got any previous clubs? This is my first season at Sandal. I previously played for Pontefract RUFC.

Best rugby moment? Personally, one of my best rugby memories was when I scored four tries in a bonus point win to get promoted to North East 1 with Pontefract.
Worst rugby moment? Accumulating that many injuries I feel twice my age!
