Are you bored on the sidelines? We only had 6 coaches today, so it was a bit tricky to keep them all occupied, and we had a few who lost concentration. Any help you can offer would be appreciated...

Today we had 2 games of "Cat and Mouse" and a game of "Flush the Toilet"

These games were designed to focus on the key skills of
- Fitness
- Evasion
- Ball handing
- Listening!

The surplus money we raised over the last month we have used to buy new tags for the Micros - £90 for 90 tags - Not cheap, but you have all played your part so thank you!

We plan to stay indoors through February and then have the last 2 months outside.
